His versatile skill set has consistently tackled diverse challenges, benefiting various industries and educational institutions.

His technical proficiency includes in-depth knowledge of reference frameworks and standards related to business architecture (BIZBoK), enterprise architecture (TOGAF & ArchiMate), business analysis (BABoK), process management (BPMN & Lean), governance of enterprise IT (CGEIT and COBIT, ITIL), business continuity, change management (ADKAR), project management (PMBoK) and agility (SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban). He also excels in establishing governance and management frameworks focused on business architecture and analysis, encompassing the implementation of toolkits, fostering communities of practice, facilitating strategic planning, guiding strategic planning, and ensuring the successful execution of project portfolios.

His active involvement in professional associations has played a pivotal role. He has served as a BIZBoK® Guide Team Co-Lead and Primary Contributor, actively contributing to developing the BIZBoK® guide and delivering informative webinars to support professionals in business architecture. He conducted numerous seminars and training sessions to benefit financial and government institutions, academic institutions, and professional associations. Additionally, he has authored and published various white papers within his expertise.
